Client Service Consultant – Architects & Engineers
Location – Peoria, IL;
Waukee, IA;
Kansas City, MO; or Madison, WI.
We are looking to add a Client Service Consultant to join our Architects & Engineers team in a forward‑thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, with opportunities to broaden your skills.
Essential Responsibilities- Attend insurance carrier meetings and independently lead client meetings as required.
- Work accounts from start to finish, with some support from a Client Service Specialist or a Senior Client Service Consultant for larger, more complex accounts.
- Consult with the team for pre‑renewal meetings on qualifying accounts and develop client opportunities.
- Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters.
- Review quotes for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for clients.
- Ensure account and policy accuracy by keeping all customer information and carrier‑received items current, including coverage schedules, policies, endorsements, and audits.
- Prepare client renewal documents and store them in the agency management system (e.g., PSR, schedules, applications, experience modification worksheet, loss runs and summary).
- Education:
High‑school diploma; college degree preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience, underwriting or risk management in the insurance industry. - Licensing:
Active state‑specific Property & Casualty Insurance agent’s license required, or ability to acquire within three months of hire. - Technical

Applies insurance principles to consult with clients, contributes to workflows and processes, uses agency systems to deliver world‑class client experience, and ensures compliance.
