Spherion is working with a local leader in technology managed services on a Project Coordinator opportunity. This role will help support new builds and remodels as it relates to the technology systems in retail stores.

• 3 month contract that may extend or convert
• Pay rate: $20-21/hr
• Schedule:
  
  Monday
  - Friday, 8am-5pmOR Monday
  - Friday, 3pm-11:30pm
• Middleton, WI

• Answer inbound calls from the service queue for field reporting status or requests
• Enter updates in customer database and support field technician projects
• Close out completed service requests
• Answer and assist with complex or technical questions at times

• Previous experience in scheduling field technicians highly preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of IT terminology to communicate with field technicians
• Strong communication skills- written and verbal
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make changes on short notice to support priority jobs
