Licensed Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel to manage litigation and pre-litigation matters across its global operations.

Key Responsibilities Operate independently on small litigation and pre-litigation matters Provide strategic legal advice to the business and manage outside counsel Draft and review pleadings, settlement agreements, and manage the Company's litigation docket

Required Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, including judicial clerkship, Big Law, and/or in-house experience J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and an active member of at least one U.S. state bar Experience at a top-tier law firm is preferred Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities independently Applicants may be required to submit a writing sample during the interview process
