A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Patent to assist with patent prosecution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities Work with internal clients and attorneys to provide guidance on patentability and manage patent filings Mentor inventors on patent disclosures and engage employees in the patent process through training and communications Conduct research on potential infringements and represent the legal team on internal patent review boards

Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree Admission to the state bar where the individual resides Registered to practice as a Patent Attorney with the USPTO 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm or technology company Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and capable of creating presentation materials
