State Licensed Counsel

A company is looking for a Counsel to manage legal matters and support various organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day contracting for the legal team, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements Lead or collaborate on legal matters in critical areas such as data privacy, technology, and nonprofit compliance Research and advise on new laws relevant to the organization and manage third-party requests for information

Required Qualifications:

Membership of at least one state bar in good standing At least 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, including 2+ years as in-house counsel Proven ability to work effectively with legal and non-legal staff Demonstrated successful project planning and multitasking skills Ability to navigate highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
