To best serve our clients, we provide business law representation as well, including real estate law, general business, immigration, and creditor’s rights.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit proofread, and finalize legal documents, such as demand letters, wills, trusts, probates, deeds, and contracts.
  • Manage and maintain organized hard-copy and electronic client files.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing timely updates.
  • Assist with client intake and manage sensitive client information with discretion.
  • Coordinate real estate closing and manage case schedules and court calendar.
  • Process and file legal documents with the appropriate courts and agencies.
  • Assist with billing, process expense reports, and track continuing legal education credit.
  • Conduct legal research to support attorney work.
  • Research and review titles, deeds, and other property-related documents.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Paralegal Certificate or Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or similar role (1–3+ years preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software (e.g., Clio, Actionstep, Docu Sign, Zipforms or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
