Warehouse Associate​/Delivery Driver

• Using a radio‑frequency gun (RF) fills, packages and ship acknowledges orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Understand and be able to determine status of order at any given time
• Follow any special instructions pertaining to an order
• Point out any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to Warehouse Manager or Inventory Control Specialist
• Label outbound material with appropriate shipping label
• Ensure documents/system match actual quantities/items picked
• Keep warehouse area clean and organized
• Responsible for inbound and outbound pipe‑picking, receiving, staging, loading/unloading
• Follow all safety procedures
• Deliver merchandise to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Drive Company vehicles defensively while following all laws and DOT regulations
• Be courteous and service‑mindful in dealing with customers
• Assist in loading and unloading merchandise on vehicles
• Follow assigned scheduling of deliveries
• Check orders for accuracy and damage; check pack slips for special instructions
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations
• Report operating problems or maintenance needs on vehicles
• Adhere to Company policy and DOT regulations
• Inform supervisor of shortages, overloads or damaged merchandise or customer complaints
• Maintain vehicle in neat and clean condition; remove empty skids, pallet jacks, carts, and debris from the truck. Refuel vehicle as directed
• Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse and Delivery/Logistics Manager

• Ability to drive fleet of vehicles (box truck, pickup truck, flatbed if CDL qualified) and P.I.E.
• Good computer knowledge and skills and the ability to learn First Supply LLC’s business system
• Good organizational skills related to managing paperwork and time
• Ability to work within a fast pace environment with multiple interruptions
• Experience with handheld RF units (preferred)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Driving record which meets Company insurance carrier standards
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Follow any special instructions pertaining to an order
• Ability to adjust priorities based on operational needs
• Embodies positive team oriented mindset.
