The Materials Coordinator drives material availability and inventory accuracy to enable uninterrupted production and on-time customer delivery, while proactively identifying and eliminating supply chain constraints. Partners cross‑functionally to optimize material flow, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean and operational excellence principles.
This position reports to the Sr Manager of Supply Chain and is part of the supply chain team located in Madison, WI and will be an on‑site role.
SHIFT: M-F 8am-5pm
Responsibilities- Responsible for inventory control of warehouse, including staging products for shipment, packaging outgoing materials when necessary, and pulling stock to fill pick order requests
- Ensure warehouse cycle counts are completed to verify record accuracy
- Review, revise, create and update work instructions as assigned
- 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience
- Knowledge of inventory ERP systems
- Excellent oral and technical writing skills with the ability to work effectively and professionally at all levels
- Ability to lift, move or carry materials up to 35lb
