Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct efforts to pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards;
Ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time and daily mileages are entered into fleet devices;
Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed; help with backroom duties such as auto-load, returns, stock; assist with customer labor claims to process quickly
