Manages freight planning, load assignment, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Madison candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

• Assign and monitor freight loads in dispatch systems
• Track shipments and maintain detailed operational records
• Communicate updates, delays, or exceptions to internal teams and drivers
• Maintain detailed dispatch logs
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Experience optional; full training provided
