Your experience will vary depending on your skills and area of interest, but typical responsibilities may include:
- Supporting store operations through office, sales, or service‑related tasks
- Assisting with projects that improve efficiency and customer service
- Shadowing experienced professionals to learn about the equipment industry
- Participating in team projects that showcase teamwork in action across departments
We want students who are excited to learn, open to challenges, and ready to be part of a high‑energy team.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to take initiative
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to balance tasks and manage time in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
- Agriculture or construction background is a plus, but not required
- Hands‑on experience with a respected, family‑owned company that values its people
- Exposure to multiple aspects of the agriculture and construction equipment industry
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
- Competitive pay for your time and contribution
- The opportunity to build professional connections that may lead to future career opportunities
