Lumino Inc is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain processes to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution of products. This role will lead the supply chain department to help keep our operations flowing smoothly and make sure we are ready to capture new opportunities.
As a Global Supply Chain Manager, you will be a critical part of a high-speed team focused on delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate purchase orders, inbound logistics, and inventory transfers
- Work closely with manufacturing partners (both domestic and international)
- Work with ocean and domestic freight carriers to manage operations
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations
- Collaborate with Sales & Ops teams to ensure on‑time delivery and happy retail partners
- Analyze supply chain data and spot inefficiencies to improve business processes
- Assist in freight optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Help us build systems and capabilities that scale as fast as our growth

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management software systems
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Experience with demand forecasting and procurement strategies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
