About the RoleWe're seeking a highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Client Operations & Supply Chain Specialist
. This role serves as a vital link between our clients, sales team, purchasing, vendors, and supply chain operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote through final delivery.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, optimizing supply chain processes, leveraging data to drive decisions, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a professional showroom environment, is comfortable working with sophisticated systems, and enjoys balancing client relationships with operational execution.

Salary: $57,500–$72,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary operational partner for clients and internal sales teams throughout the order lifecycle.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, timely updates, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate customer orders from initial purchase through final delivery while ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Support sales initiatives by providing operational expertise regarding product availability, lead times, pricing, and fulfillment expectations.
- Manage purchase orders from creation through fulfillment while ensuring pricing accuracy, product specifications, delivery schedules, and documentation are correct.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal departments to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory availability, supplier performance, production timelines, and shipment status to proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers while supporting purchasing strategies that improve service levels, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Assist with demand planning, purchasing decisions, inventory replenishment, and forecasting activities to support business needs.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and ERP/order management systems to analyze operational performance and customer activity.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to purchasing, inventory, supplier performance, order fulfillment, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations that improve forecasting accuracy, inventory management, and overall supply chain performance.
- Support budgeting, operational planning, and business growth initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate data across Salesforce and internal business systems to support operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve reporting accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance scalability, customer satisfaction, and supply chain performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing, logistics, customer operations, and sales support.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, logistics, sales operations, client operations, inventory management, or related operational roles.
- Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, purchasing activities, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, data validation, and data analysis.
- Experience using Salesforce, ERP systems, inventory management software, or order management platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
