We are seeking a Senior Manager – Global Procurement to lead sourcing and procurement activities for the Professional Services category on a global scale. This role is accountable for shaping and executing category strategies that maximize value, mitigate risk, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide objectives. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in strategic sourcing, exceptional negotiation capabilities, and a strong track record of partnering with senior business stakeholders.

This leader will collaborate cross‑functionally to define and implement forward‑looking category strategies, while advancing the “One Procurement” vision and driving enterprise priorities. Reporting to the Director – Global Procurement, this role plays a critical part in elevating procurement’s strategic impact, delivering measurable value, and fostering consistent, high‑performing global practices.

Essential Duties
  • Category Strategy & Management
    • Develop and execute global category strategies for Professional Services (e.g., consulting, contingent labor, advisory services, BPO, Corporate Services and other knowledge‑based services) aligned with enterprise priorities.
    • Leverage market intelligence, supplier insights, and demand trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation, and value creation.
    • Own end‑to‑end category performance, including spend management, supplier segmentation, and risk mitigation across regions.
    • Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements through data‑driven insights and analytics.
  • Supplier & Contract Management
    • Lead complex negotiations for global and regional agreements, securing optimal commercial terms, service levels, and risk protections.
    • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key suppliers to enhance capability, innovation, and service delivery.
    • Implement robust supplier governance, including performance management, scorecards, and executive‑level business reviews.
  • Procurement Operations & Compliance
    • Partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, and Compliance to ensure sourcing activities meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and supplier onboarding.
    • Continuously enhance procurement processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience.
  • Financial Performance & Planning
    • Deliver measurable value through cost savings, cost avoidance, and broader value creation initiatives.
    • Track and report category KPIs, including savings, supplier diversity, and performance metrics.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to Professional Services spend.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Global Collaboration
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective sourcing strategies.
    • Influence and align senior stakeholders on category strategies, sourcing decisions, and supplier selection.
    • Collaborate with regional procurement teams to ensure consistency while addressing local market dynamics.
    • Lead cross‑functional initiatives and global programs, fostering alignment across geographies and cultures.
  • Leadership & Capability Building
    • Lead and mentor cross‑functional and global teams, including both direct reports and project‑based resources.
    • Promote a high‑performance, collaborative culture aligned with the “One Procurement” vision.
    • Drive capability development within procurement, including category expertise and strategic sourcing best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a strong emphasis on Professional Services.
