Senior Supply Chain Planner | Professional Audio Manufacturing

Location: Reedsburg/Madison, WI

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per annum + benefits

I'm currently partnering with a global manufacturer of professional audio equipment that forms part of an internationally recognized group of companies, home to some of the most prestigious brands in the industry.

Their products are trusted by professionals worldwide, from Oscar-winning Hollywood film productions to some of the most demanding live and broadcast environments. Designed to perform in extreme conditions, their equipment has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation.

As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to play a key role in optimising production planning and driving operational excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible position where you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to ensure customer demand is met while maintaining efficient inventory levels and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production and demand planning across two manufacturing facilities.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 3-month production plan aligned with sales demand, capacity, and supply constraints.
  • Own and continuously improve Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and planning parameters, including safety stock and lead times.
  • Monitor forecasts and inventory performance, proactively identifying risks, reducing excess stock, and driving lean inventory management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage supply chain disruptions and support new product introductions.
  • Play a key role in the company's ERP system transition, ensuring data integrity and business continuity throughout implementation.
About You

You'll be an experienced supply chain professional with:

  • 5+ years' experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience planning within an electronics, electro-mechanical, or other complex manufacturing environment, with exposure to multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Strong knowledge of MRP planning and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into practical business decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

If you're looking for an opportunity to join a world-class manufacturer with globally recognised products and the chance to make a real impact on supply chain performance, I'd be delighted to speak with you.
