This position exists to a nalyze inventory performance, identify trends, investigate recurring issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze recurring negative inventory and discrepancy trends.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with operations to reduce recurring inventory issues.
  • Track corrective actions to closure and measure effectiveness.
  • Support cycle count program analysis and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Support BOM changes (Routings, allocations, etc. ) are set correctly by the responsible parties.
  • Support manual consumption/backflush by sending follow ups to ensure MO closure.
Required Qualifications
  • HSD
  • 2-4 Years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, Bill of Material, and inventory transactions
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of ERP system
  • Analytical skills, proficient in problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • SAP experience and advanced Microsoft excel skills
  • CPIM certification earned through the APICS organization
  • Experience with Lean principles
