This position exists to a nalyze inventory performance, identify trends, investigate recurring issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and dashboards.
Analyze recurring negative inventory and discrepancy trends.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Partner with operations to reduce recurring inventory issues.
Track corrective actions to closure and measure effectiveness.
Support cycle count program analysis and optimization.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Support BOM changes (Routings, allocations, etc. ) are set correctly by the responsible parties.
Support manual consumption/backflush by sending follow ups to ensure MO closure.

Required Qualifications

HSD
2-4 Years of experience in a warehouse environment
Working knowledge of inventory management, Bill of Material, and inventory transactions
Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of ERP system
Analytical skills, proficient in problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
SAP experience and advanced Microsoft excel skills
CPIM certification earned through the APICS organization
Experience with Lean principles
