We are seeking a dedicated Preventative Maintenance Technician to help keep our property operating safely, efficiently, and reliably through routine inspections and proactive care. • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance across building systems and guest-facing areas.
• Inspect, test, and service equipment including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Document inspections, repairs, and performance trends for engineering leadership.
• Identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions.
• Keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with minor repairs as needed to support overall engineering operations.

• High School education or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and write in English and perform basic math.
• 3 to 4 years previous experience as a general repairman preferred.
• Ability to use all general repair tools.
• Ability to read simple drawings and specifications.
• Ability to make rough estimates of required materials.
• Ability to recognize early warning signs of mechanical issues and take corrective action.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• A team‑first attitude and a commitment to consistent, high‑quality work.
• Availability to work mornings Monday through Friday, including weekends or holidays as needed.
