YourPurpose as a Business Development Center Representative
- Use a multi-line phone system to respond to general customer inquiries and/or direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for assisting, obtaining, and retaining guests by processing web-based inquiries and customer issues.
- Complete detailed and accurate call logs and reports, recognize trends in customer calls, and demonstrate a positive attitude while assisting in a team building environment.
- Ensure consistent and reliable follow-up with guests and the leadership team on opportunities to increase business.
- Maintain a professional company appearance, including but not limited to high-quality phone interactions, following dress code guidelines (which may include company branded shirts), and maintaining a presentable work area.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Work Schedule:
The ideal candidate would be available 7:00am-4:00pm;
Monday
