You’ll help run mining operations and equipment like:

• Crushers, screens, and wash plants
• Loaders, haul trucks, water trucks, dozers, and more
• Keep the site clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Help with inspections, maintenance, welding, and general labor
• Work in outdoor conditions with early starts and occasional weekends

This is a portable operation - you'll move between work sites around Southern WI.

• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3-5+ years of relevant mining experience
• Reliable, on-time, and comfortable working outdoors
• Willingness to join the union (don't worry, we'll help with that!)
