Maintenance Attendant
Starting Salary Range: Compensation is based on experience, with entry-level roles starting at $19.00–$20.00 per hour
Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days & 6 months.
Employment Type: Part-Time
Shift: 32 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Attendant, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues.
- Work with the housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve maintenance requests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
We’re Looking For:
- A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who takes pride in their work.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and carrying equipment and supplies.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
