Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the facilities team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive, safety-first mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $25.12 - $29.13/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform facility maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, basic electrical work, and emergency maintenance.

+ Execute scheduled and unscheduled work orders while maintaining accurate documentation.

+ Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

+ Conduct building and equipment repairs, including rigging, lifting, and moving machinery.

+ Provide basic IT and network support, including hardware installation and cable setup.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred.

+ At least 2 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills with basic electrical knowledge.

+ Familiarity with GMP standards, safety protocols, and maintenance documentation systems.

+ Must be a U.S. citizen or a green card holder
