Lot Attendant​/Yard Porter

We are looking to hire a full-time, motivated, Lot Attendent/ Yard Porter to enhance our team! A team player who is positive, upbeat, and a quick learner. Forklift or skid steer operation knowledge is preferred.

• The ability to load, unload, open and box trailers
• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of tractors, replenishing all tractor fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in tractors.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving tractors as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Perform yard maintenance (weed eating, mowing, moving machines, cleaning, etc.)
• Drive tractors to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of tractors
• Retrieve and deliver tractors from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
