Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

Pay: $25-$29.13/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 8a-5pm

Duration: 6-months, temp-to-perm (based on performance and budget)

Overview:

• Performs Equipment Rigging, Lifting, Moving.
• Change fluorescent light bulbs and Ballasts as required
• Performs and not limited to:
  All Building Maintenance functions – Basic electrical, roof repairs, Floor repairs, Building repairs/ modifications, Spackle & Paint, Carpentry, Equipment repairs and modifications etc.
• Electrical/ Electronic Troubleshooting – Investigates, repairs, installs, diagnoses, and performs all necessary repairs to electrical / electronic controls and systems, located within the facility
• Swiftly execute corrective action when approved by supervisor.
• Computer entries required for JD Edwards, Calibration Manager, Compliance Wire, and Documentum.
• Responsible for creating material lists for all projects assigned.
• Complete assigned work orders and give completed work order to pm coordinator or Facilities Manager.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of facilities maintenance experience required
.

Industrial maintenance desired.

Must be able to operate computers without assistance.

Basic electrical knowledge is required
.

cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) / cleanroom experience is a plus!
