We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Day Porter/Day Matron to help keep our facility clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day.

• Maintain clean and presentable lobbies, sidewalks, elevators, stairwells, parking areas, and common areas .
• Pick up trash, vacuum, dust mop, and mop floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish soap, paper towels, and other supplies .
• Spot clean and dust throughout the facility as needed.
• Clean and maintain lobby mats.
• Maintain loading docks, freight areas, and other assigned areas.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms when requested.
• Return recycling bins to their proper locations.
• Communicate building needs to management and perform other duties as assigned.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to take initiative and assist with additional tasks when needed.
• Comfortable standing and walking for the entire shift.
• Able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
