Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor in Madison, WI, to ensure quality move-in, timely service, and resident satisfaction. You will respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
The role requires at least 3+ years of on-site multifamily maintenance, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver's license. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri 9-6, with on-call duties for emergencies.
