About

the Role

As Director of Operations – Wisconsin, you will serve as the primary operational driver for all restoration work across the state. This hands-on leadership position gives you full ownership of field execution, labor productivity, project performance, P&L results, rapid problem-solving, and scaling the business through operational excellence.

What You’ll Do Operational Leadership
  • Own day-to-day operations for the Wisconsin office.
  • Provide hands-on problem-solving and rapid issue resolution.
  • Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead project start-ups, manage labor productivity, and enforce budget adherence.
  • Improve field coordination, change management, and cost control processes.
  • Hold full accountability for the Wisconsin Office P&L.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Project Managers (PMs), Assistant Project Managers (APMs), and Superintendents.
  • Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable.
  • Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop operational talent to fuel sustained growth.
Client & Partner Management
  • Act as the senior operational contact for clients and partners.
  • Build trusted relationships through responsiveness, transparency, and reliability.
  • Represent the firm with confidence and professionalism in the Wisconsin market.
Performance & Strategy
  • Own key operational KPIs, including margin, safety, schedule performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with business development leaders on project pursuits.
  • Translate awarded work into disciplined, profitable execution.
  • Contribute to shaping long-term growth plans for the Wisconsin office.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of construction or restoration leadership experience.

  • Experience running teams of Project Managers and Superintendents.
  • Restoration experience preferred (but not required for exceptional operators from related fields).
  • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated P&L accountability.
