Market President

The QTI Group is partnering with Bank CMG to hire a Market President to champion business development in the Madison / Dane County market. As the bank continues to grow, the Market President will make a significant impact in building relationships, driving growth, and shaping the future of local businesses.

Must be located in the Madison, Wisconsin area

• Lead business development efforts focused on business lending and business banking, including new deposits, lending and credit solutions, for small to medium-sized businesses.
• Actively engage in the community by building trust and partnerships with local businesses and organizations, including representing the bank in various activities and public speaking engagements.
• Drive market growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and superior customer service.
• Be a connector in business banking, but also a referral source across other banking units such as Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Retail Services.
• Assure audit compliance and quality control in business banking operations.
• Although this position might not have direct reports to start, the role is likely to evolve and grow over time.

• 10+ years’ leading business development and a well-established presence in the Madison/Dane County market
• Extensive experience in business banking and strong lending expertise.
