The Senior General Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and cultural alignment from multiple assigned venues. This role is responsible for maintaining company assets, ensuring quality customer service and safety compliance, executing HR and operational standards, and guiding venue managers and teams toward high performance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct oversight and operational support for multiple facilities within the assigned market.
  • Ensure consistent execution of policies, procedures, and brand standards across both venues.
  • Partner with the District Manager, General Managers and venue teams to drive operational excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Review financial statements, sales or other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement or to identify areas needing improvement.
  • Prepare and approve staffing plans and schedules to support business needs across assigned venues.
  • Implement and support all departmental policies, goals, and objectives to align with Triple Shift Entertainment’s strategy.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management to build strong teams that deliver Excellence.
  • Use Courage to handle performance issues and disciplinary actions in partnership with HR, up to and including terminations.
  • Support and guide General Managers in running effective staff meetings and communication touchpoints.
  • Work varied hours, nights, and weekends to observe operations, ensure productivity, and coach teams firsthand.
  • Resolve escalated or complex customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure proper use of facility security systems and compliance with safety and health standards.
  • Champion a welcoming and safe environment for guests and employees across all locations.
  • Ensure accurate completion and review of all inventory reporting for each facility.
  • Oversee the processing and approval of invoices and financial documentation.
  • Own It by leading initiatives that increase revenue, manage labor and operational costs, and maintain facility assets.
  • Build and strengthen community relationships to reflect the value of respect and promote local engagement.
  • Support company culture initiatives, recognition programs, and team‑building efforts across the venues.
  • Demonstrate spirit by fostering teamwork, communication, and a positive work environment across venue locations.
  • Courage to accept additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 4 years previous experience as a General Manager required; multi‑unit leadership experience preferred.
  • Spirit to effectively take direction, respond to team needs, and build a collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, operational standards, and overall excellence in facility management.
  • Respect for the flexibility needed to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, holidays, and in changing conditions.
  • Courage to stay focused and engaged in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams across multiple facilities.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and consistent.
  • Excellence in superior time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
