Pay Range: $275,000 - $325,000 per year
Rush salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data. The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. This role has a corresponding incentive plan based on multiple factors.

The Vice President, Nursing Operations and Patient Care Services will serve as an executive-level partner to the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer. This role will aid in the establishment and execution of strategic goals and priorities as well as oversight of key business drivers, service-line leaders, performance metrics, and operating components. The Vice President’s scope will include oversight over inpatient units and additional areas of nursing oversight at the RUMC campus.

- Translate the Rush nursing vision into measurable goals and sustainable programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care across the care continuum.
