What You’ll Own- Recruit, train, and mentor residential sales reps
- Set clear sales targets and track individual and team performance
- Conduct field coaching, ride-alongs, and ongoing performance reviews
- Refine sales processes and scripts to increase close rates
- Drive accountability through KPI tracking and pipeline management
- Collaborate with production for smooth project handoff
- Foster a competitive, growth-focused team culture
- Lead by example — producing personally while coaching others
- Experienced sales leader with a track record of coaching and developing reps
- Highly competitive, goal-driven, and results-oriented
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Comfortable in the field — leading by example and mentoring your team
- Excellent communicator with strong team-building skills
- Experienced in residential sales, roofing, or home services (preferred)
