Job Summary
- The VP HR is a strategic leader responsible for the effective operation and advancement of Human Resources and Communications across the organization. This role drives organizational excellence by fostering a high-performance culture, developing leadership capabilities, and serving as a trusted advisor and mentor to the CEO and staff.
- As a member of the executive management team this position plays a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives and shaping the company’s future through culture, talent, and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree required, along with 10–15 years of business-related experience.
- This role requires experience in scaling people processes and adapting approaches to support significant growth.
- Strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams and respond to evolving business needs.
- The position also demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and deep expertise in human resource management.
- A high level of confidentiality is required, along with the ability to mentor and coach executive staff.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management that reflects the company’s mission and core values.
- Drive the company to achieve and surpass revenue, income, cash flow, and business goals.
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of internal and external processes; deliver timely, accurate reports on company operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to build operational infrastructure that supports growth objectives.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance HR team; attract, retain, and mentor talent with a focus on career development.
- Promote accountability and success-oriented behaviors throughout the organization.
- Support and implement change initiatives that advance company goals.
- Improve and develop HR systems, policies, and procedures that meet legal and compliance standards.
- Ensure alignment with quality management system requirements.
- Provide cross-functional support and feedback on system needs and improvements.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

- Strategic Workforce Planning: Align talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies with long-term business goals. Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities to support execution and accountability.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Drive continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance agility, scalability, and employee experience.
- Change Management: Anticipate and guide the organization as it evolves as a result of company’s expansion and growth both nationally and internationally. Encourage open dialogue and constructive feedback to maintain trust and engagement.
- Relationships: Prioritize meaningful connections with employees, customers, and partners. Demonstrate commitment to their success and foster lasting trust.
- Growth: Promote a proactive approach to personal and professional development. Encourage high standards, thought leadership, and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Action: Support the team in building and executing collaborative plans with cross-functional input. Measure progress and take decisive steps to close gaps.
