Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Our client, a government agency dedicated to supporting children and families, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and critical thinking skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Manage and coordinate the development, management, and implementation of high-profile projects supporting DCF services.
• Oversee work plans, timelines, and evaluation efforts to ensure project success.
• Engage with external and internal stakeholders, including department management teams, work groups, providers, and advocacy organizations.
• Develop automated tools to streamline internal processes and improve project efficiency.
• Communicate project status effectively to all relevant parties and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Certified PMP or recognized project management curriculum
• Experience in project management, especially in managing business area projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days if not already a resident.
