Are you a seasoned BAS Programmer or Controls Project Manager looking for new and rewarding opportunities? Look no further!

Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site project execution, ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee hardware design, system programming, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage project finances, including costs, billings, and collections.
• Actively pursue change orders and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate material procurement and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain positive relationships with contractors, clients, and consultants.

Requirements:

• HVAC Controls experience is a must, 5+ years preferred.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in project accounting and costing principles.
• Knowledge of HVAC control systems.
