We are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and ensure exceptional results across our projects, customer service, and business operations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across residential roofing, siding, window and gutter company
• Oversee production, sales, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor KPIs, project timelines, budgets, and overall performance
  
  Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team leads
• Drive operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction
• Implement processes to improve productivity and team performance
• Serve as a key decision‑maker for company‑wide operations

• Experienced in operations, management, or construction leadership
