We are looking for a highly organized, people-focused Field Manager to lead our cleaning teams in the field and help us scale to the next level.

As the Field Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, support cleaning technicians, perform quality inspections, manage team accountability, and ensure clients consistently receive a 5-star experience. You'll serve as the bridge between ownership, office operations, and field staff.

• Lead, motivate, and support cleaning technicians in the field
• Conduct team check-ins, coaching, and performance feedback
• Train new employees on systems, standards, and company expectations
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and positivity
• Perform inspections to ensure cleaning quality meets company standards
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain consistency across all client homes
• Monitor schedules and ensure teams stay on time
• Handle field-related problem-solving throughout the day
• Communicate with office staff regarding team performance and client updates
• Ensure supplies are maintained properly
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Address client concerns professionally and efficiently
• Build long-term client trust and retention

Required Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to lead by example
• Ability to analyze data and create review processes
• Must have excellent communication skills with a strong desire to help others
• Must be analytical and creative to develop plans to recruit, motivate, and encourage employees while striving to improve processes and product quality
• Bilingual:
  English and Spanish
• Eye for details

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, home services, or field operations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience training or coaching teams
