You will lead Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Foremen to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, while standardizing execution and coordinating with engineering and procurement teams.
You will drive a strong safety culture, manage subcontractors, and oversee productivity improvements, scheduling, and field personnel. Travel up to 75% is expected.
