Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large complex projects for the division; successfully run projects of high complexity and successfully run high-risk projects.
- Deliver them on time, within budget, and in accordance with pre-defined specifications.
- Provide portfolio management of large complex projects/programs for the division.
- Ensure effective integration and communication between multiple projects, and quality project performance information distribution.
- Research, provide and improve divisional project management best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to assure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
- Ability to lead, direct and mentor others
- Team player / Ability to work with all levels in the organization and ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders
