Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large complex projects for the division; successfully run projects of high complexity and successfully run high-risk projects.
  • Deliver them on time, within budget, and in accordance with pre-defined specifications.
  • Provide portfolio management of large complex projects/programs for the division.
  • Ensure effective integration and communication between multiple projects, and quality project performance information distribution.
  • Research, provide and improve divisional project management best practices.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to assure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
  • Ability to lead, direct and mentor others
  • Team player / Ability to work with all levels in the organization and ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders
