We're looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing employees, growing sales, and helping local farms, businesses, and families succeed.

What You'll Do
* Lead the daily operations of the Mt. Horeb energy location.
* Develop and support a team focused on safety, service, and customer satisfaction.
* Build strong relationships with residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.
* Drive sales growth for propane, fuels, lubricants, and related services.
* Manage inventory, scheduling, budgets, and overall location performance.
* Ensure compliance with company, industry, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
* Serve as a visible leader within the local community.## Qualifications What We're Looking For
* Leadership experience in energy, propane, petroleum, agriculture, transportation, operations, retail, or a related field.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to lead employees, manage priorities, and solve problems.
* Customer-focused mindset with a desire to grow business.
* Financial and operational management experience preferred.
* Bachelor's degree helpful but not required. Relevant experience is highly valued.
