Oversee all phases of project delivery, including entitlement, permitting, and construction administra - tion.
Client & Consultant Manage
ment:
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and strong working relations - hips.
Design Progress Overs

Monitor drawings and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations, project goals, and quality stand - ards.
Team Mentorship & Sup
port:
Guide and mentor project architects and designers; delegate tasks effectively to support team suc - cess.
