Henderson Settlement seeks an Executive Director to lead, plan, and direct its programs in Kentucky. You will supervise department directors and administration staff, manage the budget, and ensure ethical standards, safety, and policy adherence.
You will handle recruitment decisions, sign contracts, cultivate support from churches and foundations, mentor staff, advise the Board of Directors, and ensure timely delivery of goals in service of the Settlement's mission.
