DescriptionSeldin Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist for The Victoria at Huxley Yards
apartment community in Madison, WI. This is a Tax Credit/Elderly property with 250 units. This position will offer a competitive hourly pay rate, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
* Experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management is required.
- Hiring Bonus: $2000
- $1,000 after 90 days of employment
- $1,000 after 6 months of employment
- Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 1 year of employment
