Plant Foreperson —
Foreperson-Plants and Asphalt ( Madison, NH )

• $30.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10/hour shift differential
• Company vehicle and gas card
• Annual increase potential
• OT after 8
• Paid Time Off
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses - unlimited

• Coordinate asphalt plant activity
• Communicate daily workload
• Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate and plant start up
• Supervise team
• Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills
• Must possess a working knowledge and understanding of Mine, Safety, Health, Regulations

• 80% of health care cost paid by the Company year round
