• Actively participate as a strategic roundtable management member
• Engage in leading and motivating production teams to meet and exceed daily performance goals
• Manage shift staffing, workflow, and operational priorities
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for their career growth
• Promote a strong safety‑first culture
• Partner with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to support production success
• Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

• 2+ years of leadership experience in high paced manufacturing effort
• Exceptional communication and team‑building skills
• Ability to lead in a very fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Experience managing shift operations and workforce coordination
• Solid familiarity with manufacturing systems such as TPM, SAP, ERP is a plus
