Print Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Insert Print Operator to manage and operate high‑speed digital and inkjet printing equipment. Responsibilities include managing print queues, interpreting job specifications, ensuring timely, high‑quality output, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating with the Supervisor or Lead on production priorities. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying equipment problems and ensuring all jobs meet customer quality standards.

  Monday‑Friday 11pm - 7:30am

• Operate high speed digital and ink‑jet printers.
• Manage print queues and perform operator functions for the print production system.
• Read and understand print job requirements and complete jobs per customer specifications.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with jobs and/or equipment.
• Work with Supervisor and/or Lead to determine print production priorities.
• Perform quality checks of printed material.
• Call out equipment for service as needed and report any machine issues to Supervisor/Lead.

• High School Diploma required.
• Background in production or operations preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
