Position Title

AWS (Alternate Work Schedule) – Level 4 CNC Machinist Technician 2 Shift

• Pay: $30.28 per hour + 6% shift differential
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,500
• Pay for 36 hours worked: equivalent to a 40‑hour shift
• Shift options: (A) 7pm Sunday – 7am Wednesday, (C) 7pm Wednesday – 7am Saturday
• Relocation assistance: up to $15,000 for eligible candidates
• Training period: 3 weeks to 3 months on the first shift (7:30am – 3:30pm)

• Operate CNC and NC‑controlled machines; set up and run production jobs.
• Monitor and maintain machine and tooling condition, including troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Interpret CNC programs, job instruction sheets, CMM data, and GageIT (gage tracking) information; make offset adjustments as required.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with Infinity monitoring processes.
• Assist with housekeeping, material transport, and wash‑tank operation.
• Support manufacturing requirements, including overtime work when necessary.

• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment with multi-axis CNC machining experience.
• Proficiency in programming CNC machines with Fanuc, Siemens, or other controllers.
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, basic SPC, blueprint reading, geometric tolerances, and CMM report interpretation.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass a CNC skills assessment.
• Willingness to remain in this section for at least 12 months, unless promoted or moved to day shift.

• Fast‑paced, medium‑to‑heavy duty environment; frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing, and standing for 8+ hours.
• Lift up to 40lb. and handle repetitive hand movements with various tooling.
• Ability to work on moving conveyors, ladders, stairs, platforms, and at heights.
• Capability to work in confined spaces and wear a respirator when required.
• Operate hand, pneumatic, and automatic torque equipment.
