Job Description
Position:
Lamination Operator
- Shift: 12‑hour shifts (6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM) on a 4‑3 rotation
- Fixed Days:
Option1 – Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday;
Option2 – Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday. Employees are assigned to one of the two fixed schedules and do not rotate between them.
- Pay: $23.75–$25.00 per hour + $1.50/night shift premium (based on experience)
- Retention bonus: $4,000, awarded for commitment and loyalty
- 401(k) match:

- Set up and operate adhesive laminators
- Prepare materials and load/unload cylinders and rolls
- Monitor product quality and follow safety procedures
- Operate parts‑washing equipment
- Prior experience in printing, web handling, and/or manufacturing
- Accurate measurement skills; knowledge of metric conversion
- Basic mechanical ability
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate forklift and hand jack as needed
- Has to communicate and work effectively as a team member
- Stand for 12‑hour shifts, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50lbs.
- Perform tasks in a fast‑paced production environment
