Sanitation Associate - 2nd Shift
Location:
Windsor, WI
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Join our team as a Sanitation Associate and play a key role in keeping our facility clean, safe, and ready for production! This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and wants to be part of a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, floors, and walls
- Safely use cleaning solutions and follow food safety guidelines (GMPs)
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Keep sanitation records and cleaning supplies organized
- Work with operations staff to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Report any contamination or safety concerns right away
- Previous sanitation or cleaning experience (food processing preferred)
- Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks
- Comfortable working around meat, poultry, or seafood products
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Basic communication skills (English or Spanish)
- Competitive pay starting at $18 per hour
