We are looking for a PLC/HMI Programmer to support our Altronex brand. This role is located on‑site at Madison, WI.

• Develop PLC code and HMI graphics for water and wastewater control systems.
• Work on new panels and MCCs as they are manufactured in‑house.
• Implement custom modifications for existing control systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize programming functions.
• Work independently with team support when needed.
• On‑site work; no hybrid or remote option.

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Have experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs.
• Be comfortable with Compact Logix, Micro Logix, and some Control Logix.
• Have experience with Panel View, Maple, Automation Direct, and Wonderware HMI programs.
• Be a self‑starter.
• Possess excellent time management and communication skills.

A 2‑year degree in Automation Technology or an equivalent degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Paid Time Off: up to 120 hours in your first year plus 8 paid holidays.
