Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and maintain test fixtures based on requirements provided by Reliability Engineers to meet defined test objectives
- Troubleshoot test system issues and perform repairs or adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of parts under test and communicate results, concerns, or failures to the responsible engineer
- Perform preventive maintenance to support consistent and repeatable test operation
- Support the development and improvement of test methods, lab standards, and documentation
- Support lab organization and safety standards

- Associate’s degree or better in a mechanical, electrical, or engineering technician related field
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, and measurement equipment such as a DMM
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring & PLC I/O
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation and test requirements
- Ability to read and understand schematics
- Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with engineers
- 3D modeling in software such as Solid Works
- Familiarity with tools such as Solid Works Electrical, LabVIEW, or Python is a plus, but not required
- Solidworks CAD experience
- Lab View, PLC and/or Raspberry Pi programming
This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
