Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our production equipment running efficiently and reliably. This role is ideal for a hands‑on problem solver with experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely, effective solutions
  • Minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support continuous improvement
Schedule

2-2-3 rotating schedule

12-hour shifts:

Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Every other weekend off - guaranteed

Compensation & Benefits

$33+/hour (based on experience)

$2.00/hour shift differential for night shifts

Qualifications
  • Experience in electro‑mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights
